Terms & Conditions

Effective April 2026, FREE11 presents its platform as a skill-based "Consumption Engine" so that users can clearly understand what they can access with their participation. The legal definitions below are unchanged; only the consumer-facing wording has been simplified.

For the avoidance of doubt, the following terms are used interchangeably in the user interface and in these Terms:

• "Balance" (in app UI) = "Free Coins" (as legally defined in these Terms).
• "Available balance" / "Ready to use" = "Available Coins".
• "Ready to unlock" / "Locked balance" = "Locked Coins".
• "Unlock" (in app UI) = the act of earning / activating Free Coins as defined in these Terms.
• "Get" / "Access" / "Tap to access" = the act of redeeming Free Coins for a promotional good or voucher.
• "Start right now" / "No payment needed" — describes the free-to-play nature of the platform; does not alter any legal obligation.

None of these UI changes create new rights, alter the non-monetary nature of Free Coins, change daily caps, expiry, or the Online Gaming Rules, 2026 compliance position (Online Social Game classification). Coin redemption rules (exchange rate, minimum balance, daily cap) are set out in Section 19. Wherever a dispute arises, the legal terms govern.

FREE11 (operated by FREE11 Technologies Pvt Ltd) is a free lifestyle and social-engagement rewards platform designed for everyday recreation and access to essentials. FREE11 operates as an Online Social Game under India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026 (effective 1 May 2026) — offered strictly for entertainment, recreation, and skill development, with no staking and no expectation of monetary gain. The platform does not offer, and will never offer, any form of gambling, betting, real-money wagering, or "Online Money Game" (as defined under the Act) services.

Free Coins are virtual promotional benefits earned through skill-based activities. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn as cash, converted to legal tender, transferred, or traded.

Coin Expiry: Each batch of Free Coins expires 30 days after it was earned (with effect from 4 August 2026; coins earned between 3 and 4 August 2026 carry the 90-day window they were granted under and keep it). Each earning event has its own independent expiry. There is no rolling or resetting of expiry dates — coins earned on different days expire on different days. Users receive a notification when coins are approaching expiry.

Shop Access Threshold: The FREE11 store requires a minimum wallet balance of 1,000 Free Coins to access. Users with fewer than 1,000 coins will see a locked store view with earning guidance until they build sufficient balance.

First Reward Unlock (from 3 August 2026; revised 9 September 2026): As a one-time welcome benefit, your first ever redemption requires a minimum balance of only 100 Free Coins, and may be used exclusively on the reward designated as the Starter Pack in the store — currently a genuinely deliverable brand e-gift voucher with a face value of ₹25, funded by FREE11. Every redemption after your first requires the standard 1,000-coin minimum. This benefit is available once per user account and cannot be transferred, reinstated, or combined with any other offer. Prior to 9 September 2026 this benefit applied to rewards labelled "partner-funded"; that label has been withdrawn (see Section 3).

PRO PASS and BOOST PACK are optional paid memberships that provide enhanced entertainment features only (cosmetic and ad-free upgrades). They do not, and will never, function as an entry fee, stake, or deposit for any prize pool or reward — this is a strict no-stake guarantee. These memberships involve no real-money wagering or cash rewards and are fully compliant with the Online Gaming Rules, 2026.

Users may redeem Free Coins for promotional rewards such as brand e-gift vouchers and digital products. Rewards are subject to availability and may change without notice. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Fulfilment partner (as at 9 September 2026): all rewards available for redemption are fulfilled through our voucher aggregation partner Xoxoday (Plum). Rewards are delivered as digital codes to your registered email address.

Withdrawal of "partner-funded" rewards (9 September 2026): rewards previously described in the store as partner-funded (including grocery, ration, snack and bundle items) have been withdrawn from the platform and are no longer offered. These items were not backed by a confirmed brand-funding arrangement and could not be reliably fulfilled. No reward will be described as partner-funded again unless a brand partner has verifiably agreed to fund it.

Goal rewards temporarily paused (9 September 2026): the Goal journey (₹50 / ₹100 mobile recharge, ₹30 / ₹50 grocery voucher, ₹99 OTT voucher, ₹50 DTH recharge, ₹50 Amazon Pay and ₹20 snack pack) is paused and is not available for selection or redemption. Free Coins already earned — including coins granted as a goal "headstart" — remain in your wallet, remain subject to the standard expiry in Section 17, and may be redeemed in the store. Orders placed against a Goal reward before this date are being fulfilled manually; where an order cannot be fulfilled, the Free Coins spent will be returned to your wallet.

Payments for optional memberships are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. FREE11 does not store sensitive payment information.

Due to the digital nature of memberships, purchases of PRO PASS and BOOST PACK are generally non-refundable once activated and benefits are delivered. Refunds may be considered only in cases of verified technical errors where benefits were not provided.

FREE11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Users must be 18 years or older.

FREE11 is not responsible for temporary service interruptions, third-party issues, or delays in reward delivery.

FREE11 may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.

Your FREE11 wallet consists of two categories of Free Coins:

Available Coins — coins that are immediately usable for redemptions, contest entries, and other platform activities.

Locked Coins — coins that are part of your balance but are not immediately usable. Locked coins must be unlocked before they can be spent. Locked coins are visible in your wallet breakdown.

Users may unlock locked coins through platform-defined activities, including but not limited to:

• Engagement actions (completing tasks, daily activities)
• Watching rewarded advertisements
• Other activities as determined by the platform

Unlocking does not create or mint new coins. It only moves existing coins from the locked category to the available category within your wallet. The total coin balance remains unchanged during an unlock.

Welcome bonus (from 8 September 2026): the Free Coins granted to a newly registered account are issued as Locked Coins. They are unlocked in full, automatically, the first time you complete any qualifying activity — a match prediction, the daily puzzle, a card game, the spin wheel, a quest or a contest entry. No purchase, advertisement or additional action is required. Accounts that never complete a qualifying activity retain the bonus in a locked state and it expires with the balance under Section 17.

The platform may offer optional Boosts that can temporarily increase the reward outcomes for certain activities. Key terms:

• Boosts are entirely optional and free to activate
• Boosts may increase reward outcomes but do not guarantee any specific reward
• Boost effects, duration, and availability may vary based on system rules
• Boosts do not alter the non-monetary nature of Free Coins

FREE11 offers real-time micro-prediction activities during live sporting events. These include ball-by-ball predictions, over outcome predictions, and other quick engagement formats.

• All live micro-predictions are free to participate — there is no entry fee
• There is no risk of monetary loss
• Rewards for correct predictions are governed by platform rules and are not guaranteed
• Prediction outcomes are determined by live match data from third-party providers

FREE11 enforces daily earning caps that apply across all activities combined, including predictions, games, tasks, ads, unlocks, and live engagement. These caps are enforced system-wide and not on a per-feature basis. Once the daily cap is reached, no further coins can be earned until the next day (resets at midnight IST).

• Maximum coins earnable per day: 150 coins
• Maximum coins earnable per week: 600 coins

The following rules govern how Free Coins may be redeemed for brand vouchers and promotional goods:

• Exchange rate (effective June 2026): All products use a flat rate — 1 Free Coin = ₹0.20. For example, a ₹100 gift card costs 500 coins, a ₹250 voucher costs 1,250 coins. The approximate ₹ value is shown on each product in the shop.
• Minimum wallet balance: A minimum balance of 1,000 Free Coins must be present in your wallet at the time of redemption. Users with fewer than 1,000 coins cannot access the redemption store.
• First redemption exception (from 3 August 2026; revised 9 September 2026): Your first ever redemption requires only 100 Free Coins and must be placed against the reward designated as the Starter Pack — a deliverable brand e-gift voucher with a face value of ₹25, funded by FREE11. This is a one-time benefit per user account; all subsequent redemptions require the full 1,000-coin minimum. If a Starter Pack reward is not available in the store at the time of your order, the standard 1,000-coin minimum applies.
• Daily redemption cap: A maximum of 5,000 Free Coins may be redeemed per user per calendar day (UTC). At the flat rate of ₹0.20/coin this equals ₹1,000 of vouchers per day. The cap resets at 00:00 UTC each day.
• Minimum balance retained: After any redemption, a minimum of 100 coins will remain in your wallet.
• Voucher types: Brand vouchers available for redemption are supplied through our fulfilment partner Xoxoday (Plum) and include digital gift cards from brands such as Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato, BigBasket, Lulu Hypermarket, PVR, Cinepolis, PUMA, JioHotstar, MakeMyTrip, HP Pay and others. Availability, brands and denominations are subject to change.
• Delivery (revised 9 September 2026): Vouchers are delivered digitally to your registered email address. Delivery is normally immediate and in any case within 48 hours of a successful redemption. Where a voucher cannot be issued, we will either substitute a reward of equal face value with your consent or return the Free Coins spent to your wallet.
• Non-refundable: Redeemed vouchers cannot be reversed, refunded, or exchanged once issued. This does not affect the return of Free Coins where FREE11 is unable to fulfil an order.
• Withdrawn rewards: Rewards previously labelled "partner-funded", and the Goal reward journey, are withdrawn / paused as described in Section 3.

FREE11 reserves the right to modify coin redemption rates, minimum thresholds, daily caps, and available brands at any time. Changes will be reflected in these Terms and on the platform.

FREE11 reserves the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue at any time and without prior notice:

• Unlock rules, methods, and availability
• Boost mechanics, multipliers, and duration
• Earning logic and reward structures
• Daily earning caps and activity limits
• The ratio of locked to available coins in any reward

To clarify and reinforce:

• Free Coins are a platform-specific virtual unit used solely within FREE11
• Free Coins have no monetary value whatsoever
• Free Coins cannot be withdrawn as cash or converted to legal tender
• Free Coins are non-transferable between users
• Free Coins do not represent currency, securities, or any financial instrument

Each batch of coins earned expires 30 days from the date it was earned (with effect from 4 August 2026). The following clarifications apply:

• Both available and locked coins follow the same 30-day expiry from their earning date
• Coins earned on different days expire on different days (no rolling or shared expiry)
• Unlocking coins does not reset or extend the expiry date
• Paid coins (PRO PASS, BOOST PACK) are exempt from expiry
• Coins earned before 3 August 2026 retain the expiry date assigned to them at the time they were earned

FREE11 reserves the right to take the following actions in case of fraudulent activity, system abuse, manipulation attempts, or violation of platform rules:

• Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts
• Reverse or forfeit earned rewards and coin balances
• Restrict access to specific features or the entire platform
• Report violations to relevant authorities where applicable

What we actually check (stated for transparency, 9 September 2026): FREE11 operates automated checks that may place an account under review or restrict redemptions. These include, without limitation: multiple accounts operated from a single device or handset; abnormal signup velocity from one device, network or IP range; coordinated activity across a group of accounts; automated or scripted play; and mismatches between earning activity and device or account signals.

• One account per person. Operating more than one account, including on a shared device, may result in restriction of all affected accounts.
• Our determination is final and at our sole discretion (22 September 2026). Where FREE11 determines, at its sole discretion and on the basis of its own signals, that an account is fake, duplicated, automated, or engaged in farming, collusion or any other manipulation of the coin economy or of contest outcomes, FREE11 may suspend or permanently close that account and every other account connected to it, and may forfeit or claw back the entire coin balance of each such account — including coins already awarded, contest prizes, bonuses and referral rewards — whether or not those coins were earned through otherwise ordinary activity. This may be done without prior notice, and no compensation is payable.
• We do not disclose our detection methods. FREE11 is under no obligation to reveal the signals, thresholds, device identifiers or internal tooling on which a determination was based, as disclosure would defeat the protection those measures provide to genuine users. A summary of the reason will be provided on request.
• Connected accounts. Accounts are treated as connected where they share a device or handset identifier, a payment or redemption destination, or exhibit coordinated play. Action taken against one may be applied to all of them.
• Redemption hold. Where a review is open, a redemption may be held rather than fulfilled. Held orders are reviewed by a person, not only by the automated check.
• Restricted accounts. Where an account is restricted for a confirmed breach, pending redemptions are not fulfilled and the Free Coins spent are not returned.
• Appeal. If you believe your account has been restricted in error, write to support@free11.com or use the in-app Support section. We re-review manually and restore accounts wrongly flagged.

FREE11 maintains a two-tier grievance redressal mechanism in line with the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026:

• Tier 1 — Grievance Officer: Raise your complaint via the in-app Support section or email grievanceofficer@free11.com. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 7 working days.
• Tier 2 — Escalation: If your grievance remains unresolved, you may escalate to the Online Gaming Authority of India (OGAI) grievance mechanism once notified for our platform category, or approach the appropriate consumer forum under applicable Indian law.

This mechanism is separate from, and in addition to, the data-privacy Grievance Officer contact described in our Privacy Policy.

FREE11 is classified as an Online Social Game under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Rules, 2026 — a category the Central Government has expressly permitted (as distinct from prohibited "Online Money Games"), offered purely for entertainment, recreation, and skill development with strictly no-stake mechanics. Registration with the Online Gaming Authority of India (OGAI) is presently optional for our category. FREE11 actively monitors OGAI notifications and will obtain the requisite Certificate of Registration should the Central Government notify a mandatory registration requirement applicable to our scale or category.

FREE11 is also a Buyer Network Participant on the ONDC Network. The ONDC static terms index — orders, refunds, cancellations, grievance (IGM) and payouts policies — is published at free11.com/terms/ondc.

Effective 22 September 2026. These rules apply to every platform contest.

• Teams per match. You may enter up to 3 teams per match across FREE11 contests.
• One prize per person. Only your highest-placed team is eligible for a prize. Your remaining teams do not occupy prize positions, and the entries below you move up accordingly. No person may hold more than one prize position in the same contest, whatever the number of teams entered.
• Prize ladder. Prizes are awarded by finishing position from the published prize ladder for that contest. Where a contest settles below capacity, the published ladder may be scaled in proportion to participation. The originally published ladder is retained on record for every contest and is available on request.
• Voided contests. A contest may be voided where a match is abandoned, or where a small-format contest (such as Head to Head) does not attract an opponent. Where a contest is voided, no prize is awarded and no coins are deducted.
• Manipulation. Entering the same contest from more than one account, whether your own or operated in coordination with others, is a breach of Section 18. Prizes obtained in this way may be reversed in full, including after they have been credited.
• Our decision on results. Scoring, ranking, tie-breaks and prize allocation are determined by FREE11 on the basis of official match data, and our determination is final.
