Physical items ship through ONDC-network sellers in two to five working days with tracking. If a reward is briefly out of stock the order pauses with a one-tap retry, switch or instant refund, so coins are never stranded mid-transaction. Coins expire 30 days after they are earned, which is published in the terms and shown on your wallet.
